I am an experienced Yoga-Works, prenatal – postnatal trained, and first aid certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500). In 2017, I founded Londono Yoga to offer my focus and support to women that are becoming or are already mothers. I wanted to help them ease their process into motherhood, which is for most women a deeply personal transformation. I believe that yoga is a wonderful practice for mothers to build confidence in themselves, develop a connection with and understanding of their own bodies, and strengthen their relationship with their babies, before and after birth. This is the emphasis of my teaching.
My classes are small, creative, diverse, considerate yet dynamic, and modified to the level of each student. I encourage a non-competitive attitude to the practice by inspiring my students to find gentleness, joy, curiosity and truth in every movement of their body.
My courses are taught in English.
